Nivin Pauly has joined the sets of Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, the upcoming film directed by Girish AD, best known for Premalu. The update came through a post from the film’s team earlier this week, confirming
that Pauly has begun shooting for the project.
The film also stars Mamitha Baiju and is positioned as a romantic comedy. It is Girish AD’s next directorial after Premalu, which performed strongly at the box office and online. Production is already underway.

About Girish AD’s Next Film
Shooting for the film began on New Year’s Day. The first schedule focused mainly on Mamitha Baiju’s portions. Pauly’s entry into the shoot marks the start of the next phase of filming.
The project had been announced earlier, around the time speculation suggested that Premalu 2 was not moving ahead. Bethlehem Kudumba Unit was later confirmed as Girish AD’s next film instead.
The movie is being produced under the Bhavana Studios banner. The production team includes Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran as co-producers. Further plot details have not been disclosed so far.

Nivin Pauly’s Recent Work and Upcoming Projects
Pauly was last seen in Sarvam Maya, directed by Akhil Sathyan. The film follows Prabhendu, an atheist from a family of Hindu priests who returns to his ancestral home in Palakkad and becomes involved in ritual work alongside his cousin.
The story later introduces a spirit named Delulu, which leads the character into a journey that shifts his perspective. The film also features Riya Shibu, Aju Varghese, Janardhanan and Preity Mukhundhan.
Pauly has also entered a multi-film agreement with Panorama Studios, reportedly valued at Rs 100 crore, involving future collaborations both as an actor and as a co-producer.
