Dhurandhar
Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar has been dominating the box office numbers for more than two weeks now. Starring Ranveer Singh , Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal,Sanjay Dutt and Sara Arjun the spy action thriller takes inspiration from real life geo-political conflict and covert R&AW operations, particularly those linked to Operation Lyari, a Pakistan-led crackdown on criminal syndicates in Karachi’s Lyari region.
The film has been receiving widespread critical acclaim for the commendable performances and the brilliant storytelling.
Avatar: Fire and Ash
The third installment in the Avatar franchise, James Cameron’s Avatar Fire and Ash jhit the screens on December 19. The sequel to Avatar: The Way of Water, the science-fcition film stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Sigourney Weaver, Joel David Moore, Giovannie Ribisi and others.
Bha Bha Ba
Bha Bha Ba, short for Bhayam, Bhakthi, Bahumanam is billed as Dileep’s biggest return to comedy. IMDb description for the movie reads, “Three interconnected lives unfold, with one being a successful conman who continuously deceives others without facing consequences.”
Directed by Dhananjay Shankar, the film also stars Vineeth Sreenivasan, and Dhyan Sreenivasan, with Sandy, Balu Varghese, Baiju Santhosh, Saranya Ponvannan, Sidharth Bharathan, and Redin Kingsley in key roles
The action-packed entertainer raked in Rs 6.7 crore net in India on its release day, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
Kis KIs Ko Pyaar Karoon 2
With Kis KIs Ko Pyaar Karoon 2 the OG comedy show host Kapil Sharma made a grand comeback to the silver screens. Alongside Kapil, the film also stars Sushant Singh, the late Asrani, Akhilendra Mishra, Vipin Sharma, Jamie Lever, Smita Jaykar, and Supriya Shukla in key roles.
The synopsis of the film reads: “A man secretly married to three women of different faiths plans a fourth wedding while avoiding detection. A police officer searches for a triple-married suspect as the husband confesses to a priest.”
Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shaadi
Directed by Siddharth Raj Singh, Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shaadi tells the story of widower Durlabh Prasad and his son Murli. When Murli’s girlfriend’s family refuses their marriage because there is no woman in Murli’s household, he sets out on an unusual mission to find his father a new wife and himself a mother. The film features Sanjay Mishra, Mahima Chaudhary, Vyom Yadav and Pallak Lalwani.
