What Is An Anti-Inflammatory Diet?
Foods that are thought to lessen chronic inflammation in the body—a condition associated with problems including migraines, joint pain, and exhaustion—are the main emphasis of an anti-inflammatory diet. Fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats like olive oil are usually given priority, whereas ultra-processed foods, refined sweets, and products rich in trans fats are restricted.
Although Aamir has not shared the details of his meal plan, his experience indicates that the dietary change has produced significant health benefits in addition to noticeable weight loss.

“It’s a balance of rest, diet, and workout that one should follow for good health,” he added.
