Q3 results today
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HCL Technologies, Anand Rathi Wealth, Maharashtra Scooters, Infibeam Avenues, Krishna Phoschem, GTPL Hathway, Lotus Chocolate Company, Premier Polyfilm, Tierra Agrotech, Gujarat Hotels and Continental Securities will announce their December quarter results today.
Avenue Supermarts (DMart)
The retailer reported an 18.3 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 856 crore in Q3FY26, compared with Rs 724 crore a year ago. Consolidated revenue increased 13.3 per cent to Rs 18,100.88 crore from Rs 15,972.6 crore. The board also appointed Anshul Asawa, currently CEO-designate, as chief executive officer and key managerial personnel.
IREDA
Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency posted a 15.4 per cent YoY jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,381.36 crore in Q3FY26. Revenue from operations rose 28.2 per cent to Rs 6,041.82 crore from Rs 4,714.25 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Vedanta
The NCLT Mumbai bench approved a Scheme of Arrangement involving subsidiaries such as Talwandi Sabo Power, Vedanta Aluminium Metal, Malco Energy, Vedanta Base Metals and Vedanta Iron and Steel. The scheme enables restructuring of Vedanta’s aluminium, power, iron and steel, and base metals businesses into separate entities.
ICICI Lombard
ICICI Lombard General Insurance reported a corporate governance lapse after draft, unaudited December quarter results were inadvertently posted on a senior employee’s personal WhatsApp status. The insurer informed stock exchanges as a precautionary step.
NTPC
NTPC signed a shareholder agreement with MAHAGENCO for acquiring Sinnar Thermal Power, which is under CIRP proceedings. STPL owns a 5×270 MW coal-based thermal power plant with total capacity of 1,350 MW in Sinnar, Nashik.
Lemon Tree Hotels
The board approved Warburg Pincus’s acquisition of a 41.09 per cent stake held by APG Strategic Real Estate Pool NV in subsidiary Fleur Hotels, along with an investment of Rs 960 crore in tranches. Coastal Cedar Investment BV will execute the transaction.

NTPC will set up a coal-to-synthetic natural gas facility in Chhattisgarh with an investment of about Rs 10,000 crore, and is exploring technology tie-ups for coal beneficiation and gasification.
Reliance Industries
Mukesh Ambani announced five major commitments at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference, pledging Rs 7 lakh crore investment in Gujarat over the next five years, doubling the Rs 3.5 lakh crore invested since 2021, in line with Reliance’s clean energy and development roadmap.
