CBSE has begun releasing results from the Class 12 re-evaluation and verification process. The board stated that students who applied for verification of their marks or re-evaluation of their answer sheets
can now view their updated mark sheets on DigiLocker. New mark sheets for students whose marks have been changed have been made available on DigiLocker. Students can access their updated results and mark sheets by visiting results.digilocker.gov.in and using their login details.
According to CBSE, the results of approximately 87 per cent of students who applied for re-evaluation and verification have been released so far. Students whose results have not yet been released need not panic. The board has clarified that the results of the remaining students will be released soon, in phases. Therefore, candidates whose results have not yet been updated should periodically check their status by visiting the DigiLocker portal. The board states that the entire process is being completed in accordance with established regulations.
The board has also informed that students whose application results show “No Change” will be given another opportunity to review their answer sheets. CBSE will soon release a separate detailed schedule for this purpose. This will help students understand the basis for their answer sheets and why their marks have not changed. The board states that this step is being taken to make the entire process more transparent and reliable.
CBSE has appealed to students and parents not to believe rumours or unconfirmed news circulating on social media. The board stated that the entire re-evaluation and verification process was completed through a secure digital system, with the assistance of digital security experts as well as experts from IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras. The board claims that the entire process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner under technical supervision, eliminating any possibility of malpractice.
