The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release admit cards of the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) admit card for the December session 2025 today, January 14, 2026.
Candidates who have registered can download their NBEMS FMGE December 2025 admit card from the official website, natboard.edu.in.
According to the official notification, the NBEMS FMGE December 2025 exam will be conducted on January 17, 2026. The exam will be held online in two shifts, and the results will likely be announced on February 17, 2026.
Steps To Download NBE FMGE Admit Card December 2025?
Candidates can download their FMGE Admit Card 2025 from the official website using their User ID and Password.
Step 1: Visit the official FMGE website – natboard.edu.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘FMGE Examinations’ link under the ‘Examinations’ tab.
Step 3: Find the FMGE Admit Card Dec 2025 download link and click on it.
Step 4: Enter your user ID and password and click on submit.
Step 5: Your FMGE hall ticket 2025 will appear on the screen, download it.
Step 6: Print it for future reference.
Candidates must be aware that mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly forbidden within NBEMS test centres. Anyone caught with or using these devices will face penalties as outlined in the official notification.
The FMGE exam is administered via computer in English and includes 300 multiple-choice questions, split into two parts of 150 questions each. The exam lasts for 300 minutes or five hours, with a scheduled break between the two parts. Candidates need to score at least 150 marks out of 300 to pass the exam. No marks will be deducted for incorrect answers.
The FMGE is a screening test necessary for obtaining a provisional or permanent license to practise medicine in India, issued by the Medical Council of India or state medical councils. Indian nationals or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) must have a basic medical degree recognised by the relevant Indian Embassy before they can register as medical doctors in the country where the degree was obtained.
