Deepika Padukone will soon be sharing the screen with Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in Atlee’s upcoming directorial, Raaka. While fans have been eagerly waiting for the film, it has now been revealed
how much each of the actors is getting paid for the project, the budget of which is reportedly Rs 700 crore.
If a report by Deccan Chronicle is to be believed, Allu Arjun is getting Rs 175 crore for his role in Raaka. Reportedly, the Telugu superstar will be playing three roles in the film – that of a cop, a half-human half-monster and the father of these brothers.
On the other hand, Deepika Padukone is reportedly getting paid Rs 25 crore for the film. If this turns out to be true, it means that the Bollywood actress is getting seven times less than her co-star, Allu Arjun. The report also claims that Rashmika Mandanna will be paid approximately Rs 5 crore for her part in Raaka.
However, it should also be noted that there is no official confirmation for these figures and News18 Showsha cannot verify the authenticity of this report.
Raaka First Poster Out
Recently, on the occasion of Allu Arjun’s 44th birthday, the makers of Raaka dropped a poster, giving a peek into the world Atlee is building. The poster has Allu Arjun’s face partly hidden behind thick fur, with a sharp tusk-like detail adding a wild touch. His eyes stood out, looking powerful and mysterious. While dropping the poster and announcing the name of the film, the makers wrote, “#AA22xA6 is now #Raaka ⚔️ Prepare yourself for a vision beyond limits ✨”
