This marks Sara Ali Khan’s second public appearance ever since Orry made some shocking claims against her, her brother Ibrahim and their mother, Amrita. It all started after Orry posted an Instagram Reel taking a jab at ‘Sara’, ‘Amrita’, and ‘Paalak’. Many believed that he was taking a dig at Sara Ali Khan, Amrita Singh and Palak Tiwari. Interestingly, the initial Reel in which Orry mentioned the three women’s names has been removed from his account after it went viral.
Later, he posted another Instagram Reel flaunting his t-shirt with a bra printed on it. After someone in the comment section asked, “Genuine Question: what exactly is that bra holding together? 🥹” Orry not only pinned the comment but also replied, “Sara Ali Khan’s hits.” Someone added, “Orry, I hope she’s laughing too.” He responded, “At her career? She must be.”
Meanwhile, in a recent chat with Hindustan Times, Orry spoke about distancing himself from Sara and Ibrahim. Explaining his decision, he said, “I unfollowed Sara a while ago, and I haven’t followed Ibrahim in years.” He added, “Pretending to be friends with Sara means pretending to be ok with the trauma her mother put me through, and I just don’t think I can do that anymore.”
While Orry chose not to elaborate on what he described as “trauma,” he made it clear that the issue runs deeper than online spats or unfollows. According to him, there is only one way the situation could potentially be resolved. “If Amrita Singh were to apologise, I could maybe see myself letting it go in the future,” he said.
Neither Sara nor any other member of her family has reacted to Orry’s comments as of now.
