The much-awaited Jolly LLB 3 is back in the news as the makers are set to release a quirky and hilarious teaser. In a video, Saurabh Shukla is seen reprising his role as the iconic Judge Sunderlal Tripathi,
sharing his comic misery at having to deal with both Jollys, Arshad Warsi and Akshay Kumar.
He begins by recalling his earlier troubles with Jolly 1, Jagdish Tyagi (Arshad), saying, “Life was a bed of roses, then came Jagdish Tyagi, Jolly 1. He used to get angry over little things; also, he did not know English at all. What will you do with a man who does not know the difference between prosecution and prostitution? I had to get a bypass surgery because of all this.”
The judge then moves on to Jolly 2, Jagdishwar Mishra (Akshay), calling him a “complete rascal” who would even sell someone’s kidney if needed. “Just like his surname, Mishra, he turned out to be a sweet poison, which ended up giving my wife a heart attack,” he jokes.

Akshay’s Cheeky Response
Akshay Kumar reshared the teaser on Instagram Stories and playfully teased Saurabh, writing, “Jannab, jitni baar aap gussa hote hain na, utni bar humko lagta hain ki case jeetne ke chances badh gaye hain! Waise aapko Jolly Mishra ka sadar Pranam! (Sir, every time you get angry, we feel the chances of winning the case increase! By the way, you have Jolly Mishra’s greetings.) #JollyLLB3.”
The actor also reminded fans that both Jollys will now be in the same courtroom, promising twice the drama and comedy.
The Shoot Began in May
Filming for Jolly LLB 3 began in May this year, according to Zee News. In an earlier video, Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi were seen playfully arguing over who is the real Jolly. Arshad claimed to be the original Advocate Jagdish Tyagi, warning people to beware of duplicates. Akshay, meanwhile, insisted that he is the true Jolly, Advocate Jagdishwar Mishra.
The video ended with Saurabh Shukla holding a placard announcing, “‘Jolly LLB 3’ shoot begins.”

Teaser & Release Date
The teaser for Jolly LLB 3 is set to release on August 12, with the film hitting theatres on September 19. Directed by Subhash Kapoor, the third instalment reunites Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, alongside Saurabh Shukla as the exasperated judge.
In an earlier interview with Pinkvilla, Akshay expressed his excitement about working with Arshad again. Without revealing plot details, he said that, like the earlier films, which centred on a hit-and-run case and a murder case, Jolly LLB 3 will also be inspired by a real-life incident.
With two Jollys in one courtroom, fans can expect chaos, drama and plenty of laughs when the film arrives.
