Dhoni is seen enjoying time with the batter’s one-year-old son at the CSK camp in Chennai, a heartwarming moment that delighted fans online.

Sarfaraz welcomed a baby boy on October 21, 2024, in Mumbai. The little one’s name hasn’t been revealed yet. The birth came just two days after he scored his maiden Test hundred, 150 against New Zealand in Bengaluru and mere hours before his 27th birthday.
Sarfaraz comes into IPL 2026 on the back of a strong domestic season. In List A cricket, he blasted a quickfire 150 against Goa in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. Earlier, in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, he scored 329 runs, highlighted by standout innings of 100* off 47 vs Assam and 73 off 22 vs Rajasthan.
Chennai Super Kings have gathered in Chennai ahead of their IPL 2026 campaign. They will kick off the season in Guwahati against the Rajasthan Royals at the Barsapara Stadium on March 30.
After that clash, CSK will return home to host Punjab Kings on April 3, before travelling to face Royal Challengers Bengaluru on Sunday, April 5. They will then head back to Chennai to take on Delhi Capitals on Saturday, April 11, kicking off a packed opening stretch of the season.
