Earlier, many celebs penned heartfelt messages for the people of Punjab. Earlier today, Shah Rukh Khan wrote, “My heart goes out to those in Punjab impacted by these devastating floods. Sending prayers and strength… The spirit of Punjab shall never break… may God bless them all (sic).”
Actress Sonam Bajwa also took to her Instagram account and shared, “In these difficult times, my heart goes out to Punjab and everyone affected by the floods. Diljit Dosanjh Adopts 10 Villages:
Diljit Dosanjh has adopted 10 villages across Gurdaspur and Amritsar in collaboration with NGOs and local authorities. His team revealed that they are working to provide immediate relief, including food, water, and medical aid. Once floodwaters recede, rehabilitation and long-term rebuilding measures will be implemented. “Together, we can rebuild,” Dosanjh’s team stated on Instagram.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Kareena Kapoor wrote, “My prayers are with everyone affected by the floods up North. May relief and strength reach you at the earliest. The floods have claimed lives, uprooted homes, and shattered livelihoods, to say the least. For those who can, please support trusted relief funds and join local aid efforts.”
