Sidharth Malhotra is celebrating the fourth anniversary of his blockbuster film Shershaah. On Tuesday, August 12, the Student of the Year star took to social media to share a heartfelt tribute to the film that
introduced him as Captain Vikram Batra. Currently busy promoting his upcoming movie Param Sundari, Sidharth posted the Shershaah trailer on his Instagram Stories to mark the special occasion.
“4 years…and the pride, the love, and the memories remain just as strong. Capt. Vikram Batra (PVC): This will always be my honour,” he wrote, followed by the flag of our country.

What Was The Plot Of Shershaah?
Shershaah, a biographical war drama directed by Vishnuvardhan, chronicles the inspiring life of Captain Vikram Batra, a young cadet who rose to become a decorated officer during the Kargil War. The film highlights his courageous journey, culminating in his martyrdom during Operation Vijay in 1999. Produced by Dharma Productions and Kaash Entertainment, the movie stars Sidharth Malhotra in dual roles as Captain Vikram Batra and his twin brother Vishal. Kiara Advani stars as Dimple Cheema, Vikram’s fiancée, adding emotional depth to the story.
