Bollywood choreographer Bosco Martis has shared a striking behind-the-scenes detail about working with Ranveer Singh, revealing the actor’s extreme physical commitment during song shoots. Speaking to Mirchi
Plus, Bosco described Ranveer as someone whose energy rarely dips, even when his body takes a hit on set. Recalling their time shooting together, Bosco said, “Ranveer Singh is a ball of energy. Until he gets physically injured, he feels like he hasn’t done anything.” According to the choreographer, injuries have almost become part of the process when Ranveer is involved. Bosco shared that cuts, scars and bruises are not unusual during their shoots together, but they rarely slow the actor down. Describing one particularly intense incident, Bosco revealed, “He gets his hand cut and scars on his face, and whenever we shoot together, he always gets injured.” He then recalled a moment from a shoot on the Howrah Bridge that stood out even more. “While shooting on the Howrah Bridge, he got a cut on his leg and had to get 6-7 stitches. But his energy never went down, and he kept dancing with his upper body,” Bosco said. What impressed the choreographer most was not just Ranveer’s pain tolerance, but his ability to hide it from the camera. Bosco pointed out that audiences never sense the physical strain because of how fully Ranveer commits to performance. “The audience is only seeing what he is showing them,” he added.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar proved to be a mammoth at the box office. The actor will be next seen in the second part of the film, Dhurandhar 2, which will release in the theatres on March 19.
