Speculations over actor Dhanush’s possible entry into politics has once again gained momentum after music composer and actor G.V. Prakash Kumar said that he would always support his close friend if he decides
to enter politics.
Recently, GV Prakash was speaking to a few reporters at an event in Chennai when he was asked whether he would support Dhanush if the actor entered politics. Responding to this, he said that Dhanush is one of his closest friends and that he would definitely stand by him if he takes the political plunge. “Dhanush is my very good friend. As a friend, whatever decision he takes, if he enters politics, I will always definitely support him,” G.V. Prakash said as quoted by Maalai Malar.
This has once again left Dhanush’s fans wondering if the actor is considering to join politics soon.
What Dhanush Said About Joining Politics
Previously, Dhanush was also addressing fans at the event when he spoke about the power of unity and urged them to make a difference in society by helping people in need. The statement left netizens speculating if Dhanush could also join politics soon.
“So many people are gathered in one place. There’s a great power in this kind of unity. We need to give that unity a purpose. Beyond just audio launches and meetups, we need to engage in even more welfare activities. Understand the needs of the people in your area, the families living around you and help them in whatever way possible. Do whatever help you can for them. I need to feel even prouder of you. I believe you will do it,” he had said.
Meanwhile, Dhanush will soon be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next directorial. The film is also likely to star Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead. However, much details about the project are not known as of now.
