Nakuul Mehta Praises TVF Founder
Praising the founder of TVF Arunabh Kumar and his vision, Nakuul said, “Arunabh led the way for independent storytelling much before most of us dreamt of it. TVF and he inspired us (Ajax, Al and I) to create and produce our first web show (I Don’t Watch TV) and he’s been our go to for every script we wanted to make there on… Life comes full circle. Today I headline a show which his amazing team at TVF have created and produced. Special mention to the writers who brought the heart to this story, Shubham, Prashant & Nitin!”
Moving on, he further added this show marks his return to Jio Hotstar, which has hosted some of his most memorable television performances and garnered an audience he never takes for granted. He said that he is grateful to the team: Neha, Varun, Vijay, and Farheen.Ironically, Nakuul noted that he received a call from the casting team to test for Arjun Verma, a soldier’s son, while on a road trip in Kargil.
