As part of the outreach campaign marking 12 years of the Narendra Modi-led government at the Centre, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and National Democratic Alliance (NDA) MPs, along with Union Ministers,
will undertake a series of public engagement programmes across the country over the coming days. Leaders have been directed to visit major infrastructure and development projects in their respective constituencies and regions, interact with local residents and explain the significance of these projects and the impact they have had on people’s lives. The exercise aims to highlight the government’s development agenda and showcase key achievements in sectors such as infrastructure, connectivity, welfare and public service delivery.
Apart from project visits, MPs and ministers will participate in public programmes, including Swachhata Abhiyan campaigns, tree plantation drives and other community initiatives designed to encourage citizen participation and social awareness.
The outreachprogramme will also include interactions with beneficiaries of government schemes, with leaders expected to communicate the Centre’s governance and welfare initiatives directly to the public.
In a parallel exercise, BJP and NDA leaders will offer special prayers at temples and other places of worship for the long life, good health and continued leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The nationwide campaign forms part of the BJP’s efforts to commemorate 12 years of the Modi government while taking its message of development, governance and public welfare directly to the grassroots.
