Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar continues its strong run at the Indian box office. The film has entered the Rs 400 crore club in less than two weeks since its release. Despite its long runtime, audiences
are flocking to cinemas for the big-screen experience.
The craze around Dhurandhar is evident from the movie’s daily collections, which hover between Rs 25-30 crore on weekdays so far. Weekend collections, boosted by holidays, are rising close to Rs 50 crore.
While the numbers speak for themselves, a new video from Gurugram shows an even stronger example of the craze surrounding the movie. Evening and night shows remain crowded due to workday schedules, but a video from Gurugram shows packed 6 am shows as well. Even in the winter chill, people are visiting their nearest theatres to catch Adhiya Dhar’s action-thriller on the big screen.

The Gurugram video was shared by a couple on Instagram.
“6 a.m. show of Dhurandhar in Gurgaon! The craze is REAL! You. Are. Not. Ready. For. This. The film is a certified blockbuster and the crowd is the biggest testimony to that,” the caption of the video, posted four days ago, read.
The video shows a couple, dressed in winter clothes, taking a cab to a mall early in the morning. While the stores remain silent and closed, the cinema complex is full of chatter. A large crowd is seen waiting for the theatre gates to open. As the movie begins, the hall quickly fills up, highlighting the film’s growing popularity.
Actress Aahana Kumra noticed the reel and also tagged Danish Pandor, the actor who played Uzair Baloch in Dhurandhar.
About Dhurandhar’s Box Office Success
According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Dhurandhar has collected over Rs 411.75 crore in India net as of Tuesday. Based on early estimates, the film earned around Rs 3.8 crore on Wednesday till 2 pm. With evening and night shows yet to begin, the movie is expected to maintain its strong momentum of solid daily collections.
Dhurandhar is directed by Aditya Dhar and produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios. The film explores crime, patriotism, espionage and betrayal amid gang wars in Pakistan’s Lyari town. Inspired by true events, it is set to get a second part in March 2026.
Ranveer Singh plays an Indian spy. He is seen alongside Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun in key roles.
