Why Worli remains a premium address
Worli continues to be among Mumbai’s most sought-after residential locations, driven by strong connectivity and proximity to key business districts. It also offers close proximity to major commercial hubs such as Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Nariman Point, along with access to premium social infrastructure, including high-end retail, dining, schools and healthcare facilities.
Shreya Ghoshal is among India’s most celebrated playback singers, known for her versatility and strong classical foundation. She rose to prominence after winning the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and made her Bollywood debut with the film Devdas.
Over the years, she has delivered several hit songs across Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam cinema, and has won multiple National Film Awards.
