A company in Haryana has taken its Diwali celebrations up a notch by gifting brand-new Kia Sonet SUVs to four employees. MITS Healthcare, based in Panchkula, rewarded the staff members for their dedication
and performance, and videos of them unveiling their new cars amid cheers, drum beats and cake-cutting have gone viral on social media.
The company, MITS Healthcare, reportedly presented the SUVs as part of its employee recognition initiative led by founder and chairman, MK Bhatia. Videos and photographs shared on Instagram captured the special moment as the employees received their vehicles at a dealership, with colleagues joining in to celebrate the occasion.
In one of the videos, Bhatia arrives at the dealership in a BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine, where four SUVs stand covered in black cloth. The employees then take turns unveiling their respective vehicles as colleagues cheer them on. The celebrations continue with cake-cutting, music and dancing, making the occasion a memorable one for the recipients.
According to a report by Cartoq, the initiative is intended to reward employees who have demonstrated strong performance and remained committed to the organisation. One of the employees who received a vehicle reportedly shared that he had been working with MITS Healthcare for five years before being selected for the reward.
How Does The Employee Car Reward Scheme Work?
While gifting cars to employees may seem like an extravagant gesture, the company’s initiative reportedly follows a structured arrangement. The pharmaceutical company pays the down payment for the vehicles, while the monthly instalments are adjusted against the employees’ salaries. The cars are registered in the names of the respective recipients.
The company has also reportedly introduced a lucky draw for eligible employees who have completed at least 18 months with the organisation. The scheme is open to staff members across different levels, ranging from security guards to senior officials, offering employees from various roles an opportunity to win a car.
The initiative is not new for the company. In 2024, MITS Healthcare reportedly gifted cars to 15 employees, including Tata Punch and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara SUVs. The latest gesture ahead of Diwali has once again brought the company’s employee rewards programme into the spotlight.

Another user extended their blessings to the company chairman, commenting, “God bless you sir, ❤️🙌”
