Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are all set to tie the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony, and the couple is reportedly very strict about security. Hence, Rashmika and Vijay have put in place
a three-tier security system at their wedding venue to ensure privacy and that everything is conducted smoothly without any roadblocks.
As per HT, local authorities and security teams have flown down to Udaipur from Hyderabad, and along with this, they have also called in international security to make sure everything works out as planned for their big day. While the news of their wedding had been making headlines, the couple confirmed it with a long note on their Instagram Stories.
A source close to the development earlier told the portal, “Much like their engagement, the plan is to keep the wedding as intimate as possible, with only their loved ones in attendance.” Apart from their families, the couple has invited only a few guests, and reportedly, the plan is to later host two grand receptions in Mumbai and Hyderabad for all their industry friends.
Vijay Deverakonda And Rashmika Mandanna Confirm Their Wedding
On February 22, Rashmika and Vijay shared a note on their Instagram Stories, confirming their upcoming wedding. They wrote, “Our dearest loves, before we made any plans, before we chose anything for ourselves, you were already there. With so much love, you gave us a name. You called us ‘VIROSH’. So today, with full hearts, we name our coming together in your honour. We would like to call it ‘The Wedding of VIROSH’. Thank you for holding us with so much love. You are a part of us, always. Biggest hugs and full love!”
The couple, who got engaged in Hyderabad on October 3, 2025, will now tie the knot on February 26 in Udaipur. The venue is reportedly The Mementoes by ITC Hotels, nestled in the scenic Aravalli Range.
The couple has chosen to keep the ceremony strictly private, with only close family and friends in attendance. Following their Udaipur wedding, they are expected to host a lavish reception in Hyderabad on March 4, 2026. The celebration will reportedly be held at Taj Krishna, with several Tollywood and Bollywood stars likely to attend. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is also expected to grace the event.
Rashmika and Vijay first met on the sets of Geetha Govindam (2018) and later reunited for Dear Comrade (2019).
