Bollywood actress Lara Dutta loves sharing book recommendations, and she has now shared a video in which she revealed that she finished reading the novel ‘How To Kill Your Family’ by Bella Mackie. She
called it a fun read that kept her thoroughly entertained. However, she also revealed that the book’s title raised many eyebrows, and drew curious stares from people around her. In fact, she also hilariously admitted that her husband Mahesh Bhupathi was ‘concerned’ when he saw her reading it, worried about the book’s content, based on its title!
In her latest video, Lara Dutta wrote, “ I have been reading a rather amusing, easy read over the summer. And most of the times I read on a plane or when I am traveling anywhere and it has raised quite a few eyebrows. People have judged me for the book that I have been reading. They have looked at me rather suspiciously. It’s definitely been a conversation starter. Garnered a lot of curious stares. So I wanted to share the book. Super-light, fun read. Thoroughly enjoyed it over the summer. This is what it’s called. “How to Kill Your Family.”

Lara Dutta further revealed her husband Mahesh Bhupathi’s reaction to her reading the book. “When my husband saw me reading it, it worried him a little bit. He was concerned about the contents of this book could be. But its a really great book, it’s funny, dark, a little twisted but great fun. And I have finally finished it, and moving on to the next,” she said. Sharing the video, Lara Dutta wrote in her caption: “Between the pages.”
