Yet another viral video making the rounds on social media has left people amused, once again showcasing the quirky creativity of Indians. This time, a man’s casual walk down the street turned into an unexpected
encounter that first startled him and then left him in stitches. By the end of the clip, he appeared thoroughly impressed by the ingenuity of a car’s owner.
Taking to his Instagram account, the man shared the clip, detailing what he saw inside a car parked in a designated parking spot. One look at it, and he was scared for his life, as he saw two eerie faces staring back at him from inside. But he soon realised that those were nothing supernatural, rather a clever trick used by the car’s owner. “Log kitne creative ho gaye hai yaar (People have become so creative),” he said and then panned his camera towards the parked car.
The Man Explained That The Owner Placed White Masks On The Seats
He explained that the owner had placed white masks over the headrests of the front seats, using them like seat covers. The masks gave the illusion that someone was inside the car. Laughing at the desi jugaad, the man shared that seeing something like this at night would scare anyone.
“Isne seat cover ko mask pehena diya hai. Raat mein socho kisi ko dikh jaye kya phategi, meri phat gayi thi. Bhaisahab kya log hai bhai, khatarnaak (He has put a mask on the seat cover. Imagine if someone sees this at night, what will happen? I was scared. What kind of people are these? Dangerous!)” The man posted the brief clip, writing, “India day by day (Chart with Upwards Trend emojis)” atop it.
Internet Is Impressed By The Owner’s Creativity
Once he posted the video, it immediately caught people’s attention online and garnered over 2.9 million views. One user said, “Car koi chori na karey. Hack hai.”
“Mujhe laga sachme koi baitha hai,” another person shared.
Someone else pointed out, “Jo dekhega uski atma sharir se bahar nikal jayegi.”
“I don’t need to access the dark web, I have Instagram Premium nowadays,” another user joked.
One individual shared a similar encounter, writing, “Mujhe dikha tha bhai ek din me ek ghante tak ye soch ri thi ki usme koi tha ya mera vaham tha ek bar ko to laga dead body rakhi hai.”
