The big screens are gearing up for yet another box-office clash on September 19, as two powerhouse projects are releasing on the same day – Anurag Kashyap’s Nishaanchi and Akshay Kumar-Arshad Warsi’s courtroom
comedy, Jolly LLB 3.
The clash has already generated huge buzz among moviegoers, with both films representing entirely different flavours of cinema. While Kashyap brings his trademark raw and rustic storytelling to Nishaanchi, featuring fresh pair Aaishvary Thackeray and Vedika Pinto, Akshay Kumar returns with the much-loved Jolly LLB franchise alongside Arshad Warsi, promising laughs and quirky courtroom drama.
On one hand, Nishaanchi promises to pack in high-voltage drama with Kashyap’s authentic cinematic touch. On the other, Jolly LLB 3 banks on nostalgia and humour, with fans eagerly awaiting the reunion of Akshay and Arshad’s impeccable comic timing.

Quite like its prequels, Jolly LLB 3 is reportedly inspired by a real-life incident. The film also stars Huma Qureshi and Main Hoon Na star Amrita Rao in pivotal roles.
