Akshay Kumar starrer Welcome To The Jungle hit theatres on June 26, and since then, the film has been performing exceptionally well at the box office. The Ahmed Khan directorial has struck a chord with
audiences thanks to its unabashed brain-rotting humour, quirky storyline, and star-studded ensemble cast. Riding on strong word of mouth and a solid opening, the comedy entertainer has continued to draw crowds, maintaining an impressive run in cinemas. Amid a strong run, Akshay took to social media to thank the audience for showering love on the film. He also expressed gratitude to the senior actors, Farida Jalal and Kiran Kumar.
In his heartfelt note, Akshay Kumar credited the success of Welcome to the Jungle to the veteran actors’ love and blessings. He shared a candid picture with them from the set along with the note. His post read, “If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one for me is worth millions. Badi bi sahi keh rahi hai… THANK YOU is very small in front of what I feel right now.”

Meanwhile, the film collected Rs 9.25 crore on day five, according to Sacnilk. With this, Welcome to the Jungle has amassed a total India gross collection of Rs 97.17 crore. Meanwhile, its cumulative India net box office collection has reached Rs 81.50 crore, inching closer to the Rs 100 crore milestone.
