appeal to fans a day before the release of their film, urging audiences to watch the film only in theatres and avoid piracy. They also requested fans to refrain from sharing spoilers from the film on social media as it can take away from the excitement of watching the film for the first time in theatres.
Alia Bhatt And Sharvari Issue Anti-Piracy Message Ahead Of Alpha Release
In a video message shared by Yash Raj Films (YRF), the actors addressed viewers with a light-hearted yet firm request, urging them to avoid piracy. Alia Bhatt and Sharvari expressed their excitement about the film’s release on 3rd July, while requesting fans to support the big-screen experience. “Our film Alpha is releasing in theatres on 3rd July. We hope you are excited to watch it, but we have a small request. Please watch Alpha only in theatres. Do not watch or share pirated links, and please avoid giving out any spoilers of the film. Thank you, and see you in theatres,” they said.

About Alpha
Directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha has been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a UA 16+ certificate. The film is scheduled to release in theatres worldwide on July 3 and marks Alia Bhatt’s first full-fledged action role. The CBFC listing has also confirmed the film’s runtime. Alpha will run for 140 minutes, which is 2 hours and 20 minutes long.
The film stars Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in the lead, with Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor playing pivotal roles. It is the seventh film in the YRF Spy Universe and the fourth standalone title after Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War, Pathaan, Tiger 3 and War 2. Alpha also introduces Alia as the franchise’s first female spy.
