Ahead of the release of their much-awaited film Param Sundari, actors Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor were spotted walking barefoot to seek blessings from Lord Ganesha at Lalbaug Cha Raja. The actors were also
mobbed by fans for photos. Param Sundari is releasing on August 29.
In the videos, shared by Snehkumar Zala, we can see Janhvi Kapoor looking stunning in red colour saree while Sidharth kept it minimal in a pink colour kurta and pyajama. They were seen walking barefoot for the blessing at Lalbaug Cha Raja. Well, as there was lot of crowd, the actors were also seen getting mobbed by fans. The videos are going viral.

Param Sundari FIRST Review Out:
A special screening of the film was held on Wednesday night in Mumbai, which was also attended by the social media personality Simone Khambatta, among others. After the screening, Simone took to her Instagram stories to share her review of the film. She heaped praises on the Tushar Jalota directorial and wrote, “Chemistry 15/10! And I have to say, @Janhvikapoor has NEVER looked better. @tusharjalota you have created such a magical, fun and gorgeous on-screen couple with @sidmalhotra and Janhvi. Such a happy, funny, adorable, feel good film. Go Watch it guys!!!”

Directed by Tushar Jalota, Param Sundari follows the lives of a North Indian boy and a South Indian girl, delving into the enchantment and difficulties that develop when two opposing worlds collide. Param Sundari, which stars Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor, combines modern love with Maddock Films’ signature charm and visual flair.
Param Sundari has already received a U/A 13+ certificate from the censor board. A report by Bollywood Hungama had recently claimed that the board asked the makers to mute certain words and replace some terms in the subtitles. The word bastard was swapped for idiot, while church and bloody were muted and dropped from subtitles. Even the word father was asked to be muted. With these edits in place, the film was passed without any visual cuts.
Originally set for July, the film was pushed back to avoid a clash with Son of Sardaar 2. Param Sundari is now set to hit theatres on August 29, 2025.
Janhvi Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra Visit Shirdi, Seek Blessings
On Friday, the two Bollywood stars visited Shirdi to seek blessings from Sai Baba ahead of their film’s release. In a video that surfaced on social media, Janhvi and Sidharth were seen offering their prayers in the sacred temple. While Janhvi sported a floral printed suit, Sidharth also looked charming in a blue kurta. They were also accompanied by the producer of their movie, Dinesh Vijan.
