Mohammed Siraj shared a light-hearted moment with his India teammate Jasprit Bumrah after the IPL 2026 clash between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians in Ahmedabad on Monday night. Following the match,
Siraj playfully teased Bumrah using a viral line from the film Dhurandhar: “Ghar ki yaad nahi aayi tujhe, Jassi?”
Bumrah was quick with a witty reply, jokingly telling Siraj to get a haircut.

Mumbai Indians dominated the contest, securing a 99-run victory.
Bumrah also returned to form, ending his wicket drought after going five matches without a scalp. He struck early in MI’s defense of 199, dismissing Gujarat Titans opener B Sai Sudharsan for a golden duck, and finished with tidy figures of 1/15 from three overs.
Despite Gujarat Titans’ heavy defeat, Siraj delivered a solid performance with the ball. He was the only bowler from his side to maintain an economy rate below seven, finishing with figures of 1/25 from four overs.
