This is because of muted cuss words and censored scenes that have killed the edge and effectiveness.

Simple reason, the makers never thought it will run for this long in the theaters, it's still earning a lot of money, so they want to encash even this weekend as well, so they would have requested Netflix to lie low. And begin fullscale promotion from Monday.
“NetflixIndia, why have you censored the cuss words in #Dhurandhar? What’s the goddamn point if we can’t enjoy any movie properly? Do you censor cuss words in any English movie? No, right? Then why this discrimination? DISAPPOINTED,” another angry viewer wrote.
A third posted- posted, “The makers have really betrayed us. If you’re just going to mute everything anyway, then why the hell do you even give an A certificate? Indian censorship is a complete joke, nothing else.”
