The actress hosted an intimate meet and greet for her fans on the occasion of her 40th birthday and spoke about her wish to do a rom-com, also speaking about Ranveer Singh's recent blockbuster.
"Dhurandhar and all is alright. I really hope very, very soon. As you all know, it is also one of my favourite genres, as an audience, and also as an actor. I just feel like the climate right now or the environment right now…I feel like the audience is seeking something else. But if so many of you want a rom-com, I’m sure that’s a large part of the public that wants that."
Dhurandhar has officially rewritten Bollywood box office history. The Ranveer Singh–starrer has become the first Hindi film ever to cross the Rs.800 crore nett mark at the Indian box office, setting a new benchmark for domestic theatrical business and cementing its status as the biggest Bollywood blockbuster to date.
The film is showing no signs of slowing down as it enters its fourth weekend. On day 30, the film collected Rs. 12.60 crore, taking the total to Rs. 806.80 crore. And in an interview with Siddharth Kanan, one of the actors of the blockbuster Naveen Kaushik, said how
