K-pop superstars BTS are making their long-awaited return as a full group this March with a landmark global event. The seven-member band will perform live from Seoul’s historic Gwanghwamun Square, and fans across the world, including India, can stream the concert live on Netflix. This marks a major moment in the group’s career, as it will be their first full-group performance on a global stage since completing their mandatory military service.
Live concert event: BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG
BTS will take to the stage on March 21, 2026, at 8 pm Korean Standard Time (4:30 pm IST) for BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, broadcast live from Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. The show celebrates the release of their highly anticipated fifth studio album, ARIRANG, which drops a day earlier on March 20. The concert will be streamed exclusively on Netflix worldwide, giving fans who could not attend in person a chance to join the moment in real time.
The performance is expected to feature RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook reuniting on stage for the first time as a complete unit in nearly four years, and will include live renditions of new music from ARIRANG.
Behind the scenes: BTS: The Return documentary
Following the live concert, Netflix will release a feature-length documentary titled BTS: The Return on March 27, 2026. The film promises an intimate, reflective look at BTS as they navigate their comeback, honouring their past, embracing growth and rediscovering their bond after years apart. It will showcase quieter, off-stage moments and the creative process behind ARIRANG.
What it means for fans
The Netflix live stream and documentary give BTS’s global fanbase, known as ARMY, unprecedented access to the group’s return, bridging the gap between fans who attend concerts and those who watch from home. The dual event underlines BTS’s influence in global music and entertainment and sets the stage for their upcoming ARIRANG World Tour, which spans Asia, the Americas, Europe and beyond.
