And talking about the same in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, one of the rock band Farrell members said, "It's been on the table to play in India for 20 years. We're lucky enough to have a fanbase and meet a lot of the fans from India that travel to other shows or interact with us on message boards. So, we've been very aware that there's a community that we've wanted to play for and experience the place. This tour has been in the works for probably a year now."
He added, "You always have the preliminary investigations to see whether it would work, not just for India, but for every place that we decide to tour. The agents start to look at the places, our schedule, routings, and all these different things to see if it's even possible to make it make sense and India was a part of that conversation. So, when it did end up working out for us, it was a pretty exciting moment."
“India has been somewhere we’ve wanted to play for a long time,” says Mike Shinoda. “Our fans there are incredibly passionate and we can’t wait to finally bring our live show to them."
