T2's Revamp Unveiled
The upgrade of Delhi Airport's T2 is now active, bringing about major improvements to handle a larger flow of passengers efficiently. The upgraded terminal
features 120 daily flights, marking a substantial increase in operational capacity. The transition to the upgraded T2 began with the inaugural flight from Lucknow to Delhi, marking the first arrival. This was swiftly followed by the departure of the first flight from Delhi to Pune, demonstrating the smooth implementation of the new system. The expansion focuses on improving the passenger experience through an array of new facilities.
Faster Check-in Process
One of the key improvements at the revitalized T2 is the introduction of self-baggage drop facilities. This innovation allows passengers to manage their luggage independently, which accelerates the check-in procedure, reducing waiting times and congestion at the counters. The self-service option contributes to a more autonomous travel experience for passengers.
