According to Serkan Sagsoz, co-founder of the cafe, the coffee offers white floral notes like jasmine, citrus flavours like orange and bergamot, and a hint of apricot and peach, creating a flavour profile reminiscent of honey. The venture secured a place in the Guinness World Records for the most expensive cup of coffee globally.

The secret to the high price of this coffee lies in the exceptional Nido 7 Geisha beans. Grown in Panama, these beans are of the highest quality. Julith Cafe acquired these beans through a competitive auction in Panama, where the bidding war went on for hours. Ultimately, the cafe paid $600,000 (approximately Rs 5 crore) for only 20 kilograms of the beans, establishing a record for the most expensive coffee beans ever purchased. The cafe plans to serve approximately 400 cups of this valuable brew. The cafe's initiative is indicative of Dubai's dedication to luxury and providing exclusive experiences to its customers.
