The event commenced on Saturday, March 2nd, and featured an inaugural ceremony graced by the esteemed presence of Chief Guest Lt. Gen. Anil Chandra Chait (Retd.), alongside numerous other distinguished and influential personalities. The intellectual core of the event was enriched by the participation of prominent figures from national scientific organizations; notably, Dr. Sarat Kumar Dash and Dr. Nishank K. Srivastava from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), and Dr. Bhupendra Singh from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), along with senior scientists from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC). The university emphasized that DroneWar 1.0 provided an invaluable platform for students, researchers, and industry professionals to engage in a free exchange of ideas, collaboratively explore the ever-evolving landscape of drone technology, and forge new connections.
