Two individuals passed away on Sunday, with two more deaths occurring on Monday, casting a dark shadow over the region. The Deputy Superintendent of Police for Rajamahendravaram North Zone, Y Srikanth, confirmed the fatalities, stating that all four victims had reportedly procured their milk from the same local, unauthorized vendor. This vendor, who supplied milk to numerous households, sourced his supply from approximately 40 cattle and local farmers, underscoring the extensive reach of the potentially contaminated product. The gravity of the situation has spurred immediate action from authorities, aiming to uncover the source and prevent further tragedies.
