in sacks. Officials stated that the investigation commenced following the discovery of the video, and that they are probing the circumstances surrounding its recording. Preliminary reports suggest that the act could potentially have been staged with the intent of making accusations. A woman, identified as Azeem Akhtar, aged 45, was discovered tied inside a plastic bag in the district late on Sunday. She was subsequently freed by local residents and immediately transported to the Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital due to the severity of her condition. The plastic bag was located on an isolated stretch in the Tandwal area, which prompted the notification of the police.
