Adjacent to the seating, an air purifier hums discreetly, ensuring a fresh atmosphere. At the heart of this space, a vintage, square-shaped coffee table anchors the room, adorned with a charming assortment of plants, a practical napkin box, and condiment containers. Traditional Indian patterns subtly influence the decor, with a prominent Buddha frame and decorative Buddha statues placed in each corner, lending an air of tranquility. The TV cabinet proudly displays a cherished photograph of her sister Neeti and her husband, Nihar Pandya. Shakti mentions that this room was once hers, but it has since been lovingly occupied by her father, who has made it his own since she moved out, illustrating a beautiful intergenerational sharing of space within the family home.

The undisputed highlight of Shakti Mohan's Mumbai residence is her breathtaking terrace garden, affectionately known as 'Mohan Bagaan'. This sprawling oasis is home to an impressive collection of over 400 plants, creating a lush, green sanctuary that offers a profound sense of peace and tranquility. The garden boasts a diverse array of flora, including vibrant purple bougainvillea and even a productive chiku tree, showcasing Shakti's dedication to cultivating a miniature ecosystem. This serene space is not just for aesthetics; it serves as a personal haven for meditation and relaxation. Shakti even shared a memorable anecdote about practicing savasana (a yoga posture) in the garden, where she was momentarily concerned by circling vultures and eagles who mistook her stillness for an invitation, playfully shooing them away with her yoga mat.
