Emirates' Adjusted Schedule
Following partial reopening of regional airspace, Emirates has recommenced flights on a modified schedule. The airline directs passengers to its website
for the latest destination availability and booking options. Travelers are cautioned to confirm their bookings prior to airport arrival. For those transiting through Dubai, onward flights must be operational. Passengers should consistently monitor their email and the airline's website for any updates regarding flight status, schedule alterations, or cancellations. Emirates has introduced flexibility for affected travelers, allowing reschedulings for bookings made between February 28 and March 31 to travel by April 30. Alternatively, refunds can be processed via the airline's portal or travel agents. City check-in facilities in Dubai remain temporarily closed as the situation evolves.
Etihad's Travel Updates
Etihad Airways has issued a revised flight schedule effective until March 15. The airline is committed to accommodating passengers with existing bookings on available flights as promptly as possible, with new tickets accessible via their website. It is imperative for travelers to verify their flight status and manage bookings online before proceeding to the airport. Only those with confirmed reservations or direct contact from the airline should travel. Etihad is providing adaptable travel solutions; tickets booked on or before February 28 for travel up to March 21 can be rebooked without charge for flights operating until May 15. Refunds for flights scheduled until March 21 are available online or through travel agents. The airline has issued a warning regarding fraudulent social media accounts falsely offering refund forms, emphasizing that they never solicit passwords or sensitive personal information via social media.

Potential longer flight durations and transit times may occur due to temporary rerouting around restricted airspace. Booking and flight management services are conveniently available through Flydubai's website, mobile application, contact center, travel shops, and authorized travel agents. The airline acknowledges that its contact center is currently experiencing a high volume of calls.
