Participants also reported on their stress levels, personal well-being, general health, and psychological distress, offering a comprehensive view of individual and relational health.

The findings revealed that joint savoring offers substantial benefits for romantic relationships, with secondary positive effects extending to individual health and well-being. Participants who reported higher levels of joint savoring with their partners also indicated experiencing less conflict, greater satisfaction within their relationship, and increased confidence in their future together.
