Hrithik's Chapatti Challenge
Mustafa Ahmed, a fitness trainer who has worked with many top Bollywood actors, shared some astonishing insights into their eating habits. He recounted
an instance where Hrithik Roshan, known for his incredible physique, demonstrated an extraordinary capacity for food. Ahmed witnessed Hrithik consume a remarkable 13 to 14 ghee-laden chapattis. The only reason he stopped, according to Ahmed, was the delay in serving the subsequent chapatti, highlighting Hrithik's immense appetite despite his lean and muscular frame. This anecdote paints a picture of a star who enjoys his food immensely, challenging the common perception that highly fit individuals must strictly limit their intake. It suggests that a well-managed metabolism and rigorous training can accommodate such generous meals.
Vicky's 'Brick' Metabolism
Continuing his revelations, Mustafa Ahmed described Vicky Kaushal's metabolism as almost superhuman. He humorously remarked that Vicky could 'eat a brick and digest it,' emphasizing the actor's incredible ability to process food without gaining unwanted weight or struggling to build muscle. Ahmed explained that it's exceptionally challenging to make Vicky put on weight, indicating a highly efficient metabolic rate that rapidly utilizes consumed calories. This unique biological advantage allows Vicky to enjoy a wide range of foods without the typical concerns many face regarding calorie intake and body composition. It's a fascinating insight into the genetic predispositions that can aid actors in maintaining their desired physiques.
Yami & Ranveer's Cravings
The trainer also touched upon the distinct dietary preferences of other prominent actors. Yami Gautam, for instance, has a fondness for traditional comforts, with her trainer noting her love for 'chai and ghar ka khana' (tea and home-cooked food). This suggests a preference for familiar, wholesome meals. In contrast, Ranveer Singh possesses a particularly keen sense for sweets, specifically Nutella. Ahmed playfully mentioned that Ranveer has an uncanny ability to locate Nutella, no matter where it's hidden. This detail adds a lighter, more relatable aspect to the actors' lives, showing their individual indulgences and how they navigate their dietary choices within the demanding world of cinema.
Ranveer's 'Beast Mode' Transformation
Mustafa Ahmed elaborated on Ranveer Singh's dedication to his role in 'Dhurandhar 2', where the actor was instructed to embody a 'beast-like' appearance without appearing rigid. The transformation was rapid and demanding, given the tight schedule. Ranveer began at a lean 75-76 kgs and significantly bulked up to 87 kgs by the first day of shooting. Ahmed described Ranveer's training regimen as intense, involving two sessions daily for four to five weeks, with the actor enthusiastically embracing the challenge by exclaiming, 'Sir, loha todte hain' (Sir, we break iron). This commitment and enjoyment of weight training were crucial in achieving the powerful physique required for his character, demonstrating Ranveer's unwavering focus on his craft.
