The film collected $355 million in North America, while international markets contributed another $572 million, proving the enduring popularity of Marvel's friendly neighbourhood superhero across the globe.
The opening weekend is now the second-largest worldwide debut of all time, trailing only Avengers: Endgame. It also surpassed the opening weekend collections of Spider-Man: No Way Home by approximately $95 million, highlighting the incredible anticipation surrounding Tom Holland's return as Peter Parker.
India among the biggest contributors worldwide
India emerged as one of the film's strongest overseas markets, contributing $31 million during the opening weekend. The country ranked fifth globally, behind only the United States, China, the UK/Ireland and Mexico.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day enjoyed a record-breaking run at the Indian box office. It became the first Hollywood release to collect more than Rs 300 crore gross over its opening weekend, earning Rs 310.38 crore gross.
Its day-wise India collections were equally remarkable:
- Day 1: Rs 60.60 crore
- First Friday: Rs 49.35 crore
- Saturday: Rs 70.25 crore
- Sunday: Rs 77.75 crore
This took the film's India nett collection to Rs 257.95 crore within just four days, making it one of the biggest Hollywood performers ever in the country.
