Vir Das is currently receiving praises for his recent release Happy Patel: Khatarnaak Jasoos which hit theatres on January 16, 2026. The film had a total
earning of Rs 2.75 crore by the end of two days and now Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has expressed luck as he is all set to watch his film today, January 18. Taking to his social media handle, Hrithik reposted Vir Das' post which featured a group picture of him with Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranveer Singh and Hrithik himself. For the unversed, the film clashed with Varun Sharma and Pulkit Samrat's Rahu Ketu.
Hrithik Roshan wishes luck to Vir Das for Happy Patel
Taking to his official Instagram handle, Hrithik Roshan shared the group picture Vir Das posted two days back on his own Instagram handle, as he wrote, "Haha, good luck Vir!! Looking good man. Watching your film today." The picture was an AI-generated image combining Bollywood spies, as Vir also hopped on the viral 'First Day As A Spy.' The caption to his post read, "Nervous, not sure if I fit in. Hope you’ll go see #HappyPatel in theatres. Also mad respect for these legends for setting culture."
