(2018). The film turned out to be a big hit at the box office. However, Imran couldn’t taste the success in the showbiz. Now, he is making his comeback with Bhumi Pednekar. A latest report gives a big update about Imran Khan’s comeback film.
Imran Khan’s Comeback Film Update
Imran Khan’s comeback film has already been making a solid buzz amongst the masses. According to a Hindustan Times report, the film is likely to be locked in December 2025.
A source close to the development told the portal, “The shoot of the film got wrapped up in August; it is now in post-production. The makers are hoping to lock the edit by December and release early 2026.” However, the release date is not yet confirmed.

The source further revealed, “That's all dependent on Netflix, so one will have to wait for them to commit to a date. Nothing happens until seven layers of corporate executives have signed off.”
Let us tell you, Imran Khan’s comeback film is being helmed by Danish Aslam. Also starring Bhumi Pednekar, the film is expected to be a romantic comedy.
