For the unversed, Peddi, which released on June 4 also stars Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu and Boman Irani in pivotal roles. Earlier today, Allu Arjun shared his thoughts on Ram Charan's Telugu sports action drama on social media, lauding the actor's performance. "Watched #Peddi last night," the Pushpa star wrote, before adding, "Mind-blowing performance by my dear @AlwaysRamCharan." The actor went on to elaborate, "A Gritty, raw performance, extraordinary body transformation, and graceful dance moves. He absolutely aced it in every aspect. Genuinely very proud of my brother. Truly deserves every bit of the applause." However, Charan was not the only actor to find high praise in Arjun. The actor also had some nice things to say about Jagapathi Babu and Janhvi Kapoor. "Striking performance by @IamJagguBhai garu and all the other artists. Love to the leading lady, #JanhviKapoor," he wrote, adding a note of appreciation for the crew - "Compliments to all the technicians and producers." Allu Arjun also congratulated the director Buchi Babu Sana, writing, "My warm regards to the captain of the ship, @BuchiBabuSana garu, for elevating everyone and putting Charan garu on a high pedestal." He then went on to conclude his review by congratulating the "entire team" of Peddi. Meanwhile, as per reports, Ram Charan's Peddi has almost crossed the Rs 250 crore mark worldwide after five days. Meanwhile, in India, the film has managed to rake in a staggering Rs 169.70 crore (net). It has easily become one of the biggest earners of the year. On its first Monday after release, Peddi cleared a key box-office hurdle by collecting an estimated Rs 12.05 crore net across 7,905 shows, according to Sacnilk. With this, the film's India gross has reached Rs 201.92 crore, while its India net stands at Rs 169.70 crore. In overseas markets, Peddi earned Rs 1 crore gross on Day 5, taking its international total to Rs 47 crore gross. The film's worldwide gross collection has now climbed to Rs 248.92 crore. Notably, the Telugu version continues to drive the film's performance, contributing Rs 10.40 crore of Monday's total collections and remaining the dominant force behind its box-office success.
