Shreyas Talpade has been actively working in the showbiz for more than 25 years. He started his film career with a cameo appearance in the 2002 film, Aankhen.
Before that, he had worked in several Marathi and Hindi shows. In 2004, Sheyas tied the knot with psychiatrist Deepti on December 31. Today, the actor is celebrating his 21st wedding anniversary with his dear wife. Hence, he penned a lovely wish for Deepti on Instagram. Shreyas also shared a bunch of throwback pictures with his dear wife while expressing his love for her in a sweet note. The Golmaal Returns star mentioned that he met Deepti for only 21 minutes and fell in love with her.

Shreyas Talpade posted an anniversary special post on Instagram. He wrote, “21 years ago, I met you for 21 minutes and fell head over heels for you. Happy Anniversary Dips ❤ I have never known my life without you 🥰 Thank you for being the beautiful girlfriend, an awesome wife, the best mother to our kids & my bestest friend.” (sic)
In the throwback pictures, Shreyas Talpade and Deepti Talpade are looking adorable in each frame. We must say, they are indeed made for each other. A couple of years ago, Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack. During that time, Deepti took care of him like an ideal wife.
In an earlier interview, Shreyas Talpade opened up about his love story with his wife, Deepti. He revealed that he met her for the first time during a college fest. He said, “I had been invited to her college for an event. It was my first as a celebrity; my Marathi show, in 2000, had become quite popular. My character was also loved. It was one of those college festivals where celebrities come for 15-20 minutes. Of course, I was so excited. That’s where I met her for the first time, and as everyone says, dil mein ghanti baj gayi! I had never dated anyone before; she was the first person I dated, and luckily, we got married.”
