What is the story about?
O Romeo trailer is out now and it is dark, explosive as well as intriguing. Shahid Kapoor looks at his best as he takes on one of the biggest challenges
in his career by playing a dreaded gangster. A day after releasing a new poster of Shahid Kapoor from O Romeo, the makers have unveiled the film's power-packed trailer. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, this film is a revenge drama inspired by true events. Starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles, the action-thriller is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on February 13, 2026. O Romeo trailer gives a sneak peek into the emotional landscape and eclectic ensemble of Vishal's movie.
O Romeo trailer out
The trailer shows Shahid as a gangster who calls himself a 'hero'. He dances after killing people brutally and has his own swag. While we see the romantic side of 'Romeo' in his interactions with Triptii Dimrii's character, we also see the lengths of the hatred between them. Avinash Tiwary makes his appearance as a dreadful villain, fighting and (killing) bulls in arena, while Nana Patekar looks menacing on-screen, holding Shahid at gunpoint.
Disha Patani is seen in a glamourous role, with a dance number being teased in the trailer. Another interesting part about the clip is Vikrant Massey, who is said to be in a special role. Farida Jalal also makes an impact, taking up a unique and raw role. The music seems extremely catchy, making the O Romeo trailer stand out. Vishal's films always have music at the centre of it all and O'Romeo seems to be following the same path.
