Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff Booed At Messi Event

Star footballer from Argentina, Lionel Messi, hosted a fan meet at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium today (December 14). As expected, his fans gathered at the venue

to see Messi for the first time. However, the present crowd got disappointed after seeing Bollywood celebrities Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff being felicitated by Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis amid the on-field programme.

In the viral video, one can see the organisers paused the proceedings to felicitate celebrities who attended the event in Wankhede Stadium. The announcer called Tiger Shroff ‘youth icon’. After calling him on stage, the crowd got angry and booed him loudly from the parts of the stadium.

The same reaction was repeated when Ajay Devgn was invited for his felicitation. The spectators audibly expressed their displeasure. Well, the response came from fans as they were patiently waiting in the stands to see Lionel Messi.

Sachin Tendulkar also presented Lionel Messi with his iconic Number 10 ODI jersey, as they share the same jersey number for their respective teams. Messi reciprocated by gifting Tendulkar a World Cup ball. The moment turned out to be a memorable one for all sports lovers.

Before coming to Mumbai, Lionel Messi met his fans in Kolkata and Hyderabad. In Kolkata, he met Shah Rukh Khan and his youngest son, AbRam. They clicked pictures and spent some time together.
