Ranbir Kapoor and his mother, Neetu Kapoor, welcomed Lord Ganesh on Ganesh Chaturthi this year. After five days, the mother-son duo was spotted today in
the city for the Ganpati Visarjan. Ranbir and his mom were joined by other devotees while they were on their way to visarjan. Now, a video of Ranbir and Neetu bidding farewell to Bappa has gone viral on social media.
Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor bid adieu to Ganpati Bappa
Zoom TV shared a video of Ranbir and Neetu chanting 'Ganpati Bappa Morya' at their Ganesh Visarjan. The mother-son duo can be also heard saying, "Pudchya varshi lavkar ya (Come early next year)." The video was shared on Instagram with a caption that read, "Ranbir Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor bid a heartfelt goodbye to Ganpati Bappa."
Ranbir wore a blue karta and stood beside his mother Neetu, who was clad in a white salwaar suit. Other videos online show the mother-son duo performing aarti before heading for Ganpati visarjan. Another video of Ranbir chanting 'Ganpati Bappa Morya' has surfaced online.

Ranbir Kapoor's work front
On the work front, Ranbir was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal. Despite polarising reactions, it emerged as one of the highest-grossing films of 2023. Next, the Bollywood actor has interesting line-up of movies. He will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal.
The actor will also be seen playing the role of Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana. The part 1 will hit big screen on Diwali 2026, and the second part will be theatrically released on Diwali 2027. Ranbir will be seen sharing screen space with Sai Pallavi, Ravie Dubey, Yash and Sunny Deol. Apart from these films, the actor has Animal Park lined up.
