What is the story about?
Zendaya has recently been honoured with a 'stunningly realistic' wax statue at Madame Tussauds New York on Wednesday (January 7). This figure marks the
10th of her name, perfectly showcasing her red carpet look from the red carpet of Dune Part 2 press conference. For the unversed, she first got Madame Tussauds back in 2015 in two places, Orlando and San Francisco and the latest one was a 'meticulous, year-long process' involving 20 different artists.
Zendaya gets 10th Madame Tussauds wax figure
Zendaya’s latest wax figure recreates her red carpet look from a Dune: Part Two fan event held in Mexico City in February 2024. The actress was seen wearing an all-black two-piece outfit featuring a thigh-high slit. Interestingly, the statue also includes a wedding ring. While Zendaya was not engaged to Tom Holland at the time and did not wear a ring during the event, Madame Tussauds added a recreated version of her signature horizontal oval diamond. Take a look:
The latest wax statue is now available for fans to visit in NYC.
