She wore a beautiful white satin gown, and completed her look with sleek bun, emerald and diamond jewellery. The six women who were honoured at the event are - Tara, Kamila Andani, Marie-Clementine Dusabejambo, Aixa Kay, Genevieve Nnaji, and Laïla Marrakchi.

She further expressed excitement to speak about Indian cinema on global stage. "There’s a lot of love for India at Cannes. It’s amazing to see so much Indian talent here this year," she said. Tara mentioned that things like Cannes and Women in Cinema gala don't happen everyday. And that's why it is essential for her to absorb all the energy around. She further hoped to bump into someone and have conversation with any person from the industry.
